On the occasion of ‘World Day to Combat Desertification and Drought’ on 17th June 2021, the students of Grade VI to VIII had an in-house awareness program to understand and combat the challenges faced by humanity and find solutions for a sustainable living.
The students wrote slogans, prepared posters, presented case studies and power point presentations on the topic ‘Restore Land, Sustain Future’. The students suggested solutions focusing on turning degraded land into a healthy land. The event ended with a brain storming session exploring methods to slow down climate change and their contribution to make the world a better place to live.
On the occasion of World Ocean Day, the students of Grade 6 to 8 showcased their talent through an in-house program on June 8, 2021. Students displayed their creativity through posters, Logo, Collage work on the topics ‘The Ocean: Life and Livelihood’, ‘Our Ocean, Our Future’.
The discussion highlighted on how oceans support humanity and also serve as a greatest protein source for billions of people. The interactive session ended with students showcasing their work with the class.
