Admissions Guide for Std I to X
The Pupil Saveetha Eco School fosters the overall mental, physical and emotional development of each child through a combination of academics and para-academics. In addition to academics, children are exposed to extracurricular activities such as Gymnastics, Art & Clay Modelling, Weaving, Carpentry, Yoga, Swimming, Computer Application, Sports, Indian/Western Music, Classical Dance, Archery, Taekwondo and Textile Printing as an integral part of the curriculum.

Eligibility
Eligibility for Class I - Date of birth should be on or before 31.12.2019
Eligibility for subsequent classes depends on the completion of the previous grade level.

School Timings
School timing for
Classes I - V is 8:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m
Classes VI - X is 8:00 a.m to 3:30 p.m
Admission Procedure
Application forms are available on the school website on payment of Rs. 1000.
Each completed Application Form must also include:
- Three recent passport size colour photographs of the prospective student
- Copy of the prospective student’s birth certificate
- Copy of the prospective student’s Aadhar card
- ID and Address proof of the parent (copy of passport/ration card/ driving licence/voter’s ID card)
- Transfer certificate from the previous school and EMIS number (if applicable)
- Academic record from the previous school (if applicable)
- Copy of the prospective student’s community certificate
Processing of the application may take up to four weeks. Eligible students will be called for an interactive session along with their parents/guardians on specified dates. After the interactive session, the selected candidates will be notified through phone/email. Upon notification, parents/guardians of selected students may collect the Provisional Letter of Selection and pay the fees at the school office.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
The last date for applying T.C will be notified through a circular. Parents applying for Transfer Certificate must send the requisition letter before the date mentioned in the circular, failing which they must pay the first term fees of the ensuing academic year to get the Transfer Certificate.
Day Care
Day Care facilities are available until 5.00 pm every day. Children will be looked after with the utmost care in a safe, child-friendly environment. Please enquire at the Admissions Office for more details.
The Pupil Abode
Students of Class 8 and above can opt for a Fully Residential or Weeklong Boarding Program to optimize their academic growth and all-round development in a safe, disciplined and distraction-free environment. Learn more...

KCal provides nutritious, balanced and delicious vegetarian meals for breakfast, lunch and snacks. Children can buy individual meals on a daily basis, or subscribe to a monthly or yearly meal plan at the time of admission. Learn more...
Transport
Transport facilities can be availed from designated places located within a radius of 10 km from the school campus. Please contact the Transport Co-ordinator at the school for further details.
After School Activities (Optional)
The following activities are conducted in the “After School Hours Program”. The students can enroll for one / two activities of their choice by paying a nominal fee.
