Admissions Guide for Std XI

The Pupil Saveetha Eco School sets the standard of excellence in education and strives to equip students with a comprehensive knowledge base in their chosen fields and prepare them to pursue the careers of their dreams. To this end, we offer the Integrated Academic Program for students who opt for STEM subjects in Classes XI and XII. This program trains students for board exams, entrance exams and competitive exams such as NEET, IIT-JEE, AIIMS, NTSE, KVPY, National and International Olympiads within school hours. Admission Procedure

Application forms are available on the school website on payment of Rs. 1000.

Each completed Application Form must also include:

  • Three recent passport size colour photographs of the prospective student
  • Copy of the prospective student’s birth certificate
  • Copy of the prospective student’s Aadhar card
  • ID and address proof of the parent (copy of passport/ration card/ driving license/voter’s ID card)
  • Transfer certificate from the previous school and EMIS number (if applicable)
  • Academic record from the previous school (if applicable)
  • Copy of the prospective student’s community certificate

Processing of the application may take up to two weeks. Eligible students will be called for an interactive session along with their parents/guardians on specified dates. After the interactive session, the selected candidates will be notified through phone/email. Upon notification, parents/guardians of selected students may collect the Provisional Letter of Selection and pay the fees at the school office.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

The last date for applying T.C will be notified through a circular. Parents applying for Transfer Certificate must send the requisition letter before the date mentioned in the circular, failing which they must pay the first term fees of the ensuing academic year to get the Transfer Certificate.

Transport
